Octobers special is 10 cards, 10 days, $10 each. There is no maximum number of cards that can be submitted.

I will let this run [B]until[B] Friday 10/22[/B][/B]. Once that time is up, I will stop taking submissions. You can send your cards to me as soon as you wish, but anything not received by 10/27 will not be included in our shipment. I will be sending in the submission via FedEx on Thursday 10/28.

Price breakdown:
$10 per card = X
$2 per autograph = Y

Each card will cost $X (based on the special)
Add $Y per autograph (if not included in the special)
Total per card will be $Z

I will be insuring for at least $3k which is $21.
Return ground shipping will be $26
Return shipping + insurance will be $.47 (Based on 100 cards)

So to figure out your total per card, you would take $X + $Y + $.47.

Y - $2
Z - $12

So...
$12 + $.47 = $12.47 per card.

X - $10
Y- N/A
Z - $10

So...
$10 + $.47 = $10.47 per card

Once the cards come back to me, I will scan/photograph everything and post them up for all to see the results. I will weigh up each persons package and message you with the total shipping cost + maybe $.15 for a bubble mailer/box/etc. Once I get your payment for shipping, I will package up and ship out your graded cards!

All initial payments will come in to me as PayPal gifts so I don't have to worry about over/undercharing. If you do not feel comfortable with this, we can discuss the extra cost to account for fees on an individual basis.

Most people are going to be sending Chrome autos based on our discussion the other night, so, it will be first come first serve on who gets to send in the base autos on a player by player basis.

ex. endthecurse wants to send in 20 Max Stassi base autos and he posts before guru who wants to grade 50 Max Stassi base autos. endthecurse would get dibs on submitting them as he was first to request that player.

Any numbered parallels will be taken as we can differentiate which card belongs to which member based on serial number.

If you wish to have a minimum grade applied to your card, please mark each card clearly with whatever the minimum is. If you would still like to have it encased if it fails to meet the minimum, mark that too.

Payments will be taken as PayPal only! I will accept them starting on 10/22 and they must all be in to me by 10/25 or your cards will not be sent in with our group submission.

Any cards that do not meet the guidelines stated above will be returned to the member at their own cost.

Please ship to me with tracking. Make sure you put your name inside of the mailer so I can be sure of who the cards came from.

BGS suggests a Card Saver I/II, but if you don't have them I believe a regular toploader will work.

Actually, BGS let me know that if our forum was interested the deal they usually give to other forums is the 20 day service for $6/card and $1 autos which just happens to be the September special. However, the forum has to submit like 150 cards a month.[/B]

Hey Pat, I am definitely in this month. At the very least I need the following graded:

Thats off the top of my head, I am sure there will be a few Golden Tates that I may submit, and possibly/probably some 2010 EEE autos and maybe another card or two that I am forgetting.

i had thought about getting stuff graded, do people usually do PC items or for sale items? I wondered if my Longoria-Braun dual from Tristar was worth getting graded

Can we do that deal for 20 day submission if get 150 cards? I would be willin submit alot more if we could manage to do that 20 day submission for $6 per card $1 per auto.

Seriously doubt that will happen, last one we did was short of a 100 total and that was around that same price.

If we can get 150, I would be more than happy to change it up. Not sure if we will though.

Yeah, we only had like 86 last month but we had a very late start. BGS told me they require that the site send 1800 cards in a 12 month span for an average of 150 a month.

never submitted any cards to get graded....not sure which cards to pick?? Should I send in high end cards (for ex: my almost completed set of notable nicknames or Jordan/Kobe autos etc)....or should I just have RC's graded? Any help would be appreciated as I would like to send in a few cards of my own...thanks

send in the high end beauties.. it will add more value onto them, plus it makes them look GOOOOD :)

I'm also going to try grading for the first time. Here's the start of my list:

if thats the case, maybe we could just plan on this every month for that discount, at that price i know id get a few graded atleast every month.

I've had 2 patches graded...overall came back 8.5 and 9. Check the window around the patch...the slightest crease will kill it!
