Fair Market Value: Toni Kukoc Finest Refractor RC PSA 10

Found this online and it's surprisingly cheap, is it because there another better Kukoc rookie out there? What would you put as the fair market value for this in PSA 10?

Toni Kukoc was awesome during the Bulls 3-peat run, I know it's a long shot but I hope he gets into the HOF one day with his NBA and international accomplishment.

Green hulk. No thanks.

Ungraded refractors bring about $10. PSA 9's bring about $25 so I would guess that this 10 being a pop 5 would bring $75-100. There are quite a few people that do this set so a 10 should bring a pretty good premium.

Good stuff. lol

I do not consider this a greening finest card. Maybe it is just me.

I agree. Find a base or a Refractor that does not look like this, and then I'd feel differently. I've had many of them and they all appear washed out.

That is going to go for huge dollars. That much I do know.

Why? Because it's Toni Kukoc or because it's Probstein????

Basically all white skinned players from that set suffer from the same issue of looking washed out.

Because of what year it is - that set sells really high for PSA 10's

You're talking in the $600+ range on a Jordan (not that Kukoc is Jordan - but it is a RC)

This PSA 10 has been listed a few times in the $300 BIN range. At live auction? I bet it gets in the $225-$250 as a sales price.

So "huge" might be hyperbole - but it's going to get good dollars

Recently a Clyde Drexler went for $150

Thanks for sharing Xavier but this is not the norm for these cards. It is almost like either they were printed differently. I have some that look like both. I do not feel like it is because they are stored improperly. I am only referring to the first year also.

There are some green hulks out there no doubt, but I too don't think this is a good example. It's nice, good luck Jeff if going after it!

top edge looks suspect by curving up. may be trimmed.

I think your eyes are just messing with you. Just measured the top edge on each side and it looks fine to me.

This sums it up.

10 or not, I wouldn't pay a premium for that card. Toni looks seasick. These are some of my favorite cards though. We've all seen great examples from that year that have true colors, and we've all seen awful versions that are completely green. This one is in the middle on that scale, but a bit more on the green side IMO.

pennywise 04-07-2016 04:20 PM

I have 4 refractors and a handful of base from that year. Most are green but a few are not green or hardly green. I actually just purchased a Penny RC refractor that has some greening but I bought it because the price reflected that. Green versions of these cards shouldn't (and generally don't) sell for as much.
