I have the true rookie platinum bgs 9.5 (pop 4) that's on ebay now. It sold once upon a time for nearly $7k. These days, well, we'll find out.

I've always been a fan of this set, but the Jordan's for some reason have really fallen out of favor.

I just had a Jordan subset platinum pop as a BGS 9, and I have no clue on value because I see a low pop BGS 9.5 sitting on eBay for $399. That's crazy for a Jordan /250 in 9.5 form.

I didn't mean "crazy" in the literal sense, just that it's impressive to me whenever cards end that high, especially ones that deserve to.

To be honest, the subset platinum looks dull and barely looks any different from the normal version.

Because there are a lot of FAKES from Taiwan of MJ platinum medallions.

From 0008 grade numbers and up I wouldn't trust any platinum's at all.
