Thanks for the link. I filed and received refund within 48 hours. Interestingly I did not have to directly refund the buyer. eBay posted a hold on my funds and they refunded the buyer from that.

I’ll answer my own question. I now see the “S&H” as either $1 or $0.25 on each COMC/eBay auction listing. I’ve not been paying attention to that.
