yes but they typically ship UPS ground to Canada so you need to factor in brokerage fees as well. If you order multiple items from the US each month a mailbox service would be a better option.

That's a different scenario, you refunded then it got delivered, insurance won't cover that. Mine was lost but tracking showed delivered so they paid out my claim.

Shipping goods sold is still conducting business so if you declare it you have to fill out some export documents and pay a processing fee, last time i paid which was 5 years ago it was $7 not sure...
