Hi All, is there another way to check an ebay user/buyer to make sure the buyer will not pull a fast one on you? Especially now you can't get signature confirmation from carriers/delivery companies....

You're correct my bad. You get charge final fee on the agreed price or offeted price. However don't forget a tax is also added on the fees because ebay said so.... it's a service they offer therefore...
