1 out of every 2 packs get a rookie it seems. Saw one guy who paid $500 for a pack on ebay, got Cade & then it got a PSA 10.

I just posted in the UFC thread. Instead of doing full refunds, dapper only gave partial credits, for example I only got $1.00.

With a scam like this, no way they should be...
