ebay Standard envelope - how to print/send a return label?

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere at some point, but I have a return to do on some cards that were shipped via eBay standard envelope. I've done returns and printed labels thru Shipstation...

Ok I’m probably just missing something…

But I can’t get the labels to print in landscape mode. They are printing in portrait mode, even when I switch to landscape manually.
