On Feb 16 the CTD tracker said 99% of February for Value Modern. So for over a month now this tracker has been pointless. Not sure why they don't update this to show the % progress for two months.

Any insight on how cloth stickers (like 1977 Topps baseball) are graded differently than regular cards? The edges and surfaces are obviously more rough, so what are the criteria?
