I will not apply this in all cases but Emmitt Smith's 1990 Action Packed rookie in PSA 10 is far more limited than his Score rookie in the same grade but the registry chosen rookie sells for more. Topps Chrome has been the rookie of choice for most players when SP is not an option so the football registry collectors have gone with it when adding players to sets. The registry is part of the driving force of supply and I would contend it weighs very heavily it what collectors pursue-directly or in directly.
