Those are some damn good buys. I think Conley is a victim of playing in a small market and also missing a decent number of games over the course of his career. He is just so consistently good when he's healthy. But he has never really had a true breakout moment/season. He kind of had that last season but again missed 13 games and the Grizzlies were falling apart.
