Thanks for this information. That's what I was looking for. I am sending in a couple of other cards that should bring in $5-$10 (a couple of extra Tyrell Jenkins autos, a Mantle AS card, a Mike Young auto, etc.). So that will help offset. 
The others are just stuff I can't move at neither the LCS nor here. So they're sitting there collecting dust. If I can get something for them (10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, $1, whatever), I'm just going to use it to buy more vintage for my sets. 
So thanks everyone for the tips and advice. It's been very helpful, and I'll definitely look over what I'm sending in to make sure it's going to net me at least something.

YOu can send cards at different service levels  in the same package if you choose to do so 
 
YOu will need some credit for the first ones to be added.  They will be added in clusters and you will have to pay for each cluster as they are uploaded.  Once you have credit in there you are usually safe from ever having to send more in.
