I will never forget when this happened to me. I was fairly new again to the card world. Tom Brady Elite Aspirations RC #78/90. Card was nearmint/mint. I sent it to BGS asking for min grade 9 and it didn't meet minimum grade. Bristol bought it from me and a short while later it showed up as a PSA 10. Here is the thread:
