I found this card by accident while looking into another '51 Bowman Mantle RC for a PWCC client. This card demonstrates Moser's skill at stain removal. He has expertly gotten rid of two wax stains on the back of this Mantle card. This would fall under PWCC's expanded definition of conservation, although if Moser used a chemical, PSA would have rejected this card. That can be debated. What crosses everyone's line is Moser purposely adding a roughened texture to the bottom edge of this Mantle, which minimizes the appearance of corner damage by making the corners appear more consistent with the roughened edge. This is demonstrated by the third photo.

The bright green circles are the common paper fibers. These are the same card.
