If this is old news...SORRY.

64 was altered and so was 63/99. I originally thought that the OP made a typo in the first post when he typed '63' because 64/99 is also a one color patch, but in the case of 64/99, the card was damaged by a failed trimming attempt, possibly a test card for alterations on other cards since it was a one color patch.

63/99 however, has an aftermarket patch alteration.

64/99 currently sits in a state of botched alteration/trimming and here is the picture of 63/99 mentioned by the OP but with no pictures provided that I recall, you can now see 63/99. These pictures originated on the photbucket of tlc555555, but to save you the pain of visiting a photobucket site, here they are:

63/99 in its original state:

Altered 63 with the serial number covered up, compare autographs, they match:

I placed the screen shot of the alteration over the original and resized so that they would line up, again, the signatures match up. Below you will see the opacity being lowered and you will find it's the same card, 100 percent opacity, then 75, 50 and finally 25 percent, left to right.

...and finally:

it's 63, just compare the same numbers with any other Exquisite card, doesn't even have to be 63, just look at a '6' and a '3'
