I'm new to COMC, about to send in my first small batch.
A few quick questions, I'm sure they've been answered somewhere sometime but I can't remember exactly.

1. The 2018 Prizm Football is considered not current year? Or would it be current because the 2019 set hasn't came yet?
2. If I submit 15 cards for select, can I mix the years or would I need to add cards to have it be atleast 10 current, and atleast 10 not current?
3. Is the dollar amount estimate claim in the submission form used for anything?
