I had a bulk order pop recently logged from January. Still managed a 77% 10 rate, which I was pleasantly surprised with. Would have been higher but I got hammered on some Gleyber HMT9 and Soto Chrome Update Rookie Debut. In the past these were sure fire 10s as others have mentioned, so not sure why those cards specifically.

Edit: for reference, my Gleyber HMT9 went 2/10 PSA 10
