You know JV, if I didn't know any better, all you're doing is building a little grievance ladder of your own. Fancy it up w/ a nice label called "privilege" and anyone on the bottom automatically has power because they lived a harder life and should be recognized for it.

Not a fan of using the word 'privilege'. Are we going to start labeling and categorizing people's lives now? He's athletically privileged. He's privileged because his parents stayed together. They're intellectually privileged because of their higher IQ. It just makes it easier to make excuses.

I don't have any motive if that's what you were getting at. I remember seeing that on facebook a couple years ago and always thought it was a very eye-opening kind of video.
