Yeah, eBay put a restriction on my account saying I violated their terms of service due to "presales".
I asked for clarification since I am not behind on one single order, and I have missed exactly zero deadlines. All they keep telling me is that I need to:
1. Upload tracking for every sale and prove that every one has been delivered.
2. Upload proof that I ordered every single trading card before I listed the pre-sales.
Tough to do either when many cards have yet to arrive from Topps.
LOL! I have perfect feedback...literally. I have been on ebay for over 20 years. They even restricted my wife's account saying that will keep me from listing on her account, which I have never done and would never do.
I can't cancel or revise my listings, and nobody can buy the items. So they'll sit there, at those prices, maybe for eternity.
I am half tempted to get my lawyers involved, but at the moment, the damages aren't great enough compared to the new business that comes to my site daily. People keep messaging me on eBay asking what's going on, so I respond with my site link, and they're able to buy cards cheaper, with 5% rewards, and most of them don't have to pay sales tax.
It's funny when they restrict me for violations that I have not done, yet allow others to do exactly what I was doing, or worse. Things that make you go hmmm.....
