I honestly don't know. I don't buy cards off ebay from overseas. I do buy cards off blowout from overseas, but it only costs me maybe $15-$20 for a good amount of cards for tracked shipping. It takes a month or longer, but it's definitely not $50 for one card. Sounds like ebay is just ripping people off by offering there own middle man shipping service.
