I recently had one of these grade a 10
. The population is definitely increasing on this card as more cards are being subbed as I think when mine popped a few months ago the population was under 20. That said, it is still a relatively low population card raw or graded. The last Green PSA 10 went for $1800 and the last base PSA 10 went for 1620. The PSA 10 Pop for Green is 65 and the PSA 10 Pop for base is 360. Given those pop/prices and the popularity of Blue Luka cards, I would say the card is much closer to $5k than $3k at present.
