It is, especially when it probably wasn't even his fault.....I had that same issue selling that last week in May...returns, cases, etc. I only sold about 700 cards....can only imagine what it was like for him. Although, I'd happily go through it again for the same returns this Project was getting
It was annoying and a little stressful to say the least though...
