Trades are commissioner approval, haven't really had to block anything in all the years I've done this. I will push them through if I see them and they're going through anyway that week. If you both want it pushed through and it wouldn't go through in time otherwise both parties must notify me via this thread.

Waivers are by FAAB.

IMPORTANT: WE ASK THAT YOU REMAIN ACTIVE ALL SEASON! Please continue to play even when you feel you are out of it to keep the league competitive.
In the event of an inactive non-responsive owner since it can interfere with playoffs: after one week of not filling lineup I will take over and fill it using Yahoo's highest projected by bench (or FA if no bench).

COVID-19 information: If the season is cancelled there will be no winner regardless of current standings or when the season is cancelled. We must reach a championship game. Leaguesafe says that in the event a season cancellation money will be opened prior to the regular end-date in season's end so will be able to send refund everyone their buy-in back. If a season is shortened, assuming Yahoo will allow the adjustment, everything will just be pushed up to fit the new schedule. You may have weeks where certain players or teams aren't active and I'm sure there may be problems we're going to run into that don't have a solution here and knowing that everyone's agreeing to play fantasy doing this and I will do my best to handle any problems objectively.

If any errors in anything of the above or anything changes everyone will be notified in thread.
