Depends when the damage happens. I actually had a damage / replacement case open because someone returned a Zion Optic Holo PSA 10 for a scratch that turned out to actually be on card, so it must have happened during encapsulation. A rep called me this week and offered $800 for the current difference between a 9 & 10, but I told her that due to recent price decreases, my actual loss was closer to $1500. (Original DV was $500 I think?) She was real nice and sympathetic to the situation, supposedly going to get back to me this week. At this point I'd take the $800 and a voucher to squeeze in one more jumbo order at "old" pricing

So these "20-day" submissions still take twice as long, if not more due to the log times. I just had a 20-day submission get logged on 9/26 and they received it on 8/16...that's a real problem. I also have a "20-day" submission that was logged on 8/31 and it's still in research. 20 days has come and gone and not even in the grading milestone yet. It's a 235 card order too.

Price changes.
As many of you know PSA raised their prices overnight last night which will have a direct impact on our submission pricing. All group submissions that got delivered on Saturday last week or prior have been processed at the old pricing. Any group submission orders that got delivered on Monday or later will be subject to the new pricing as they have not been entered into submissions yet. We processed all personals that were delivered as of yesterday (before 9 AM) so the only orders effected are ones that were still in transit. If your order arrived yesterday after 9 AM, today or is in transit the price will go up. We know that they removed the $20 price level for Regular or Economy (whichever it was named) and there is a question out there about upcharges on existing and new bulk orders. We do not have that answer yet but will post an update on the website when we know it.

The price changes are as follow: Vintage and Gaming Bulk along with express pricing remains the same $9 and $65 respectively. Modern 1972-2016 bulk goes up $1 to $10 per card. Ultra-Modern 2017 and newer bulk goes up $3 to $15 per card. Standard (Declared Value up to $499) goes up $5 to $25 per card.

We assume that you will still want us to submit your cards but if you want them pulled or switched to a different level please let us know as soon as possible as we are continuously working on submissions.

As always we thank you for trusting us with your cards and giving us your business. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback please feel free to reach us via email, instagram, facebook or blowoutcards.
so the $20ish level still exists for dealers? I figured it was a typo on the Jewcer email but I'll double check. maybe there is still hope!
