I've had a Bill Russell National Treasures as a redeemed redemption since 2013. Russell has signed PLENTY of on card autographs since 2013. Why are 2020 cards getting priority over 2013 cards?

Don't even get me started on Kobe redemptions, Panini has just been letting them sit as redemptions for 7+ months. It is 100% understandable that they can't redeem them but how about some sort of replacement?
