This is actually part of their business model, they throw in these redemptions and then “hope” that people eventually forget about them when they go unfulfilled for months / years.
If even 10% of the people that redeem give up, then that is a huge cost savings for them. It’s really one of the bigger scams going right now, but the masses don’t seem to care.
