For all the positive things that Panini does - creating innovative products, getting elusive players to sign, etc... - I think the way they handle redemptions is their greatest shortcoming. Panini keeps cranking out new products while ignoring existing obligations to paying customers - often having them wait for years at a time. It is really reprehensible.
OP, I'm not sure what the legal ramifications are, but I share your frustration.
