Flooded was the wrong word, but they still released more than Topps and if I was in marketing I would ask why would we not release the hot phenom on one of the most recognizable teams in world soccer the same year as our competition. You would need to be fired immediately if you think people would think that his 2nd year card would be enough to justify the $700 a box prices for 2019 Chrome. As far as Halland his Budesliga Chrome is still technically a Chrome Rookie and his Topps Now/178 is his True Rookie in his Red Bulls uniform.
Looking at the 2019 Champions League Groups there are some great Other rookies that should be included also tbh.
