That’s a tough call. Be aware if you crack it out and sell it raw you might get an eBay return because “item not as described.”
I sold a John Collins NT RPA raw through consignment and it got returned to me due to seller being upset about a small scratch at the back. I sent it for grading to save the headache of another return. It returned as a BGS 8.5 and was able to sell at the same price. However, money was lost due to cost of grading.
So if it were me, I would sell as a BGS 8.5. There’s no guarantee that the sale would be 100% safe, but there is a better chance of a successful sale because the buyer can’t dispute the condition (unless there is a scratch on the case).
