Over the past ten years, I've bought LOTS of cards from Spain and elsewhere around Europe, and my experience shows me that American collectors pack their cards much better than their European counterparts. I don't know why, but so many Europeans use tape...TAPE!? wtf...? I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think I've ever received a card from Europe in a penny sleeve, in a toploader, in a team bag, which is pretty much the recommended method that many American collectors follow.

Edit: Okay, now that I've thought about it, I have received a couple cards from Sweden packed this way...and probably a few from other places. But this is still a minority, and I think my initial point stands.
