These are actual, real rights. And yet, the argument is that somehow, Trump is stripping rights by not allowing some people to join the military. Do you people hear yourselves? Do you understand what it is you are saying and what it is you are trying to convey? Shutting people up and locking them inside is totally OK, but how dare you stop a transgender person from joining the military!!!!

You’re on point with freedom of assembly but not with the freedom of speech example.
And while Trump did not strip the rights of anyone with not allowing transgender people to join the military, the policy does prevent people who could otherwise qualify from joining. In the meantime, the military continues to allow people who are not, or should not be, qualified to join.
