I was on the phone with Topps today and I figured I would relay some information. I asked this question and the gentleman on the phone said that yes, the subscription needs to be renewed, and to keep checking the website. And he says they should be contacting us, but doesn't know why they haven't yet, and is not sure when they will or when it will be available on the website. He also added - even if he knew he wouldn't tell me because then Topps would get loaded with tons of inquiries and they would be overwhelmed. (Ok? Not sure why he went down that road).

In any event, I have been a set builder of this product from the beginning, and I called because they missed billing me for cards 367 & 368, which of course I never received. I updated my credit card since the old one had expired, and I even reached out to customer service by email to see if I needed to place an order manually. Of course, never heard back. So in response to my concern, he says, "sir, obviously we cannot respond to emails because we are two months behind". Lol, no, it was not obvious to me. Maybe they ought to note that on their website? Just a thought.

I asked about this, too, in my call since I am in the same boat. I redeemed my points at the beginning of the season and received exactly one card, the August Luis Robert. This is despite the fact that I placed the order each month, although I could not find any place, ever, to place October's order. My order history showed September cancelled and "refunded". This did confuse the customer service representative, and he admitted that this happened to at least "a hundred" other orders. He also showed my code as valid but never once redeemed (odd, because I did several times, and had one card at least as proof). He is going to look into this and allegedly will be getting back to me. Such a cluster**** over there.
