I wouldn't hold your breath on a 10.
I thought mine were perfect as well. Red got a 9 which is a pop 1 and the highest graded. Blue got a 9 which is a pop 2 with one 10 above it. 24 graded so far with one 10. Never know though. Just gotta get the right grader on the right day.
