Are you talking about my 1000's of slabs, wax and loose singles? no i have not cashed out yet. It is sitting in my storage, vault or 3rd party auction house. Cards involve many stages and risks to actually close out a single "card". From beginning to end, a card can take a year or years to get cash in hand. That is just part of the system of physical cards.
The other day, someone returned 3 resealed wax boxes. I just count it as part of doing business. That same day i had to drive to the Post Office to get my registered mail that post office was lazy to come to my door. I have not sold one slab from that shipment of slabs yet. Unrealized profits. No cash conversion yet .
The equity in your house , is not realized profit until you sell and go thru escrow. Everything takes time to finalize and realize what really happened.
