The checklist is absolute garbage for their highest priced pack ever. No LeBron, Luka, Giannis, Durant, etc in Holo Icon and only Giannis in the Metallic. Curry and AD are the best Holo Icons. A Marcus Smart steal or Lugentz Dort reverse layup...Really??? They have to be laughing their asses off knowing they will sell over $2M worth of these packs in a very short amount of time. Seems like they used to price these types of packs at $230 so glad to see they have adopted the practices of their physical counterparts. I also see they did another 4am drop of base series 2. Has anyone done the math to figure out how many packs of series 2 would be needed to complete the runs if all cards were switched to LE immediately? With 25k packs at 3 moments per pack, that's 75k moments. If you look at the checklist of that release, they limit the rookies to 25-26 copies of each while having up to 1060 of the others.
Going through the checklist of each series 2 release is interesting. Release 1 had all moments released in similar quantities with a range of 858-930 copies of each moment. Releases 2 & 3 had similar numbers for all except rookies moments which were in the mid 400's per copy. Series 4 the rookies increased ever so slightly while other cards got jacked up to over 2k copies released. Series 5 saw the numbers drop by about 50% from series 4 so a little over 200 copies for rookies and 1k for most base. Series 6 saw base stay the same with rookies dipping to a little under 200 copies. Series 7 saw a huge drop for rookies with just under 50 copies available for each rookie and over 700 copies of most base. Series 8 saw a another small drop in # of rookies with base seeing a slight increase in #'s available. Series 9 had rookies dip to under 40 copies of each available and base about the same as series 8. Series 10 is where the 25-26 copies of each rookie being available started. Using Wiseman as an example, he's only had 2765 out of the 4k print run released. Every other rookie /4000 has similar numbers. If they continue releasing packs with the rookie #'s of the last 3 releases or worse, it's going to take a whole lot more releases to finish the set out.
