Yep... just like Heritage has done repeatedly.
Cannot believe Mile High continues to run this auction despite the overwhelming evidence. Their close ties to PSA must be a factor in this. I would not be surprised if PSA and Mile High have already discussed what plan of action will draw the least attention while still netting them the most money.
