This evening, I actually made it through for the second time out of maybe 10 tries. The first time I made it through (a couple of weeks ago), there was no "next" button for me to use to complete my order (this is a common problem). The canned response I got from their Customer Service about it was nonsensical.
But I was able to successfully put in for a 60 day order tonight. Nothing too crazy. Maybe one PC card. Others just to see their grading standards.
Time will tell...
