And me, as the customer, is suppose to just sit back and say "oh i understand", and get charged full price when these idiots finally get to my stuff.
Is it also the customers fault when on an unexpected night a restaurant is super busy and only has 1 chef on and it takes your food 3 hours to come out? or does the restaurant try to please the customer with a discount or something. It's called customer service.
PSA is obviously lost when it comes to business but we are their customers, they seem to not understand this.
