To what end? There is no more wait to withdraw your money from Dapper.
Back when there was no end in sight and people were skeptical that they'd ever get their money, that made sense.
Now, everyone is free to withdraw after an identity check that takes less than ten minutes.
Why would anyone sell $500 in Dapper for $400 in paypal when they can literally send it to their bank account with a few clicks of the mouse and only pay a $25 fee?
