No different for decades. Just different medium. Paper, chrome and now digital.
Financial investment, flipper boi, sneakerhead gainz $$$$ BS. Just money, money, money. Nothing about love of collecting. No heart. Comparing NFTs to tangible, finite assets like cards doesn't work. I'm not saying the card hobby isn't influenced by money because now it is. I'm considering future value now more than ever when buying cardboard. But it arrived to this point on the backs of people who love sports and love collecting.

I'm glad you got yours (and sorry for the losers), but this stuff was DOA as a long-term challenger to cards.
