The 5% fee is absolute bs. Paypal is 3%. Paypal actually has to do stuff to justify their fee. Dapper does basically nothing besides sending you the money. Which you charge you for. Whereas paypal that is free. There is no reason the fee should be above paypal's 3% fee.
