It’s pretty apparent from your post history that you want Tatis to fail. However what the previous poster said about Tatis’ MVP odds improving and one less youngster to chase for the “what have you done for me lately” investors does logically make a difference.
If Tatis goes on a little tear, some dollars will fly his way a bit more easily. Ohtani is the main talent suppressing price surges though. He’s having an insane breakout season and many out there don’t have a strong position with his cards and they are spending big cash trying to do so.
