I know it's just 1 series of plays, but the block from behind into the half court bounce pass in the tourney is something that maybe only 1% of players can do. Also, this pass is simply redonk.

But I somewhat agree - nothing JUMPS out at you watching him, but he seems to do things that most cannot. And I attribute that to his crazy athleticism making things look easy when they are not.

Suggs recently stated that he's never been able to dedicate all of his time to basketball (football, school) so now that he's in the NBA, he'll be able to work on his skills 100%. So I see him more of a Chauncey Billups guy right now, but he could still be a late bloomer in terms of scoring and could turn into a Jamal Murray / Chauncey Billups type.
Gonzaga was so insanely good and stacked that its hard to tell how much benefit to his game the surrounding guys were. The skill gap in the NBA is obviously much smaller.

The one thing that is sort of concerning to me (if you think he's going to be a primary ball handler) is his handle in traffic. He's not a super creative ball handler and often would get kinda stuck in the middle of the floor between 2-3 guys. It doesn't matter so much in college but will matter quite a bit for an NBA PG. He's not a great shooter off the dribble either.

It's so tough for a guy like Suggs too because from everything I've read he's one of those guys who has the IT factor. Super hard worker that you can bank on to maximize his physical talents.
