Fair enough. I suppose it just depends on the grader. 1 card isn't too bad then. I received 15 back recently and didn't agree with 9 of them. Luckily the card that got a 10 is worth about $500k and I didn't get upcharged.
The BGS customer service is atrocious, however, the grading is good from my experience.
