I think these days everything is focused more of player collectors instead of set collectors like it used to be in the past. There's a billion colors to one card, so if you try to get a rainbow of a player it's more like a set of it's own. I've put together a ton of sets from base to high end, mainly 90s. This was a time when there was maybe one or 2 parallel versions, usually none at all. I like it that way a lot better.
