RDJ signing was pretty expensive. He’d definitely rival Fords pricing if he was a lead in a new Star Wars show or trilogy of films.
Pratt is also generally loved from TV to movies and have the Jurassic Park and Guardians trilogies as well.
It’s not like Ford is an amazing actor he just has lots of nostalgia and memorable roles. Outside of SW and IJ there’s not much going on or critical acclaim.
And I think even if Marvel went full new cast for X-men, similar to how they did the First Class movie, regardless of multi-verse cameos fans are DYING for Wolverine and co to team up with the other Avengers.
