He looked over what I had, and pretty much told me there wasn't even $20K in value. Even when I had a few other offers in hand, for about $50,000.

I thanked him for looking, as he was polite. And sold most of it for $48,000 about a week later. He seemed a little greedy, and some misdirection, with what he wanted to pay me. But again, he is a flipper. So you have to expect wanting to make a quick buck, and as many bucks as you can.

Not a nice guy. Promised to pay shyne back. Now has lawyered up. He should be black balled from the hobby and hopefully end up in jail.
