I thanked him for looking, as he was polite. And sold most of it for $48,000 about a week later. He seemed a little greedy, and some misdirection, with what he wanted to pay me. But again, he is a flipper. So you have to expect wanting to make a quick buck, and as many bucks as you can.

Not a nice guy. Promised to pay shyne back. Now has lawyered up. He should be black balled from the hobby and hopefully end up in jail.
