I have a question about Paypal's 1099.

I received a 1099 for, say, $15,000. 65 transactions.

My question is, what is considered a transaction?

I downloaded my activity history for 2021. I've sorted and run pivot tables. But I haven't been able to replicate the monthly amounts they show.

I'll keep hunting for an answer. But if anyone knows, that would be awesome.
