been pretty well known for awhile. ive used their CRC label correction or reholder due to QC on their website a few times. my guess is they have no way to contact ebay members when they have mislabeled cards other than creating an ebay account. I know they try to reach out to ebay members when they actively come across issues on auctions.
and correct, the CRC option is enabled on your account once you have an open CRC request officially approved for submission.
