I just had a chicken breast that was perfect. I tend to over cook them but this one was perfect. Salted it two hours before cooking and let it sit. Had broccoli and potato. I like to cut up the taters and put in a bag with olive oil and some spices. Top with cheese the last few minutes in oven. So good. |
Or it's just laziness.
We do all of our major grocery shopping on Sunday and my wife or I will still stop at the store on the way home from work if we need something.
